The Cercle Généalogique de l'Aisne invites you to an exceptional event on Saturday September 28 and Sunday September 29, 2024: the grand Salon de Généalogie et d'Histoire in Château-Thierry.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., come to the Palais des Sports, avenue Jules Lefebvre, to delve into history and discover your roots.

Meet numerous genealogical and historical associations, local writers, genealogy professionals and the Aisne departmental archives. Explore genealogy sites such as CDIP and Filae, and watch a fascinating recreation of a 1900 sports scene, complete with period objects and outfits.

This year's theme, "AXON SPORTS PEOPLE AT THE JOYS SINCE 1900", will be highlighted through a variety of captivating exhibitions and lectures. Discover "Genealogy 4.0: artificial intelligence at the service of genealogists" and "Sports of yesteryear" by Patricia Machet, as well as "5 steps to turn your genealogy into a true family story" and "Which ancestors may have influenced my life? And how?" by Vincent Vagman.
