Les amis de Brécy : Chevalerie à Brécy

Oyez, oyez, noble ladies and noble lords!!!!

Here's how the festivities will unfold:

At the fourteenth hour: first show for apprentice knights.
At the fifteenth hour: chivalry show entitled "Le Bel Harnois".
At half past sixteen: second show for apprentice knights.
At the eighteenth hour: "L?Honneur Courtois" chivalry tournament.
At forty-five past the twentieth hour: a grand tournament of chivalry, complete with light shows, marvelous effects and cascades of fire and gunpowder.
This is followed by a grand medieval banquet worthy of the noblest tables.

At the twenty-second hour: a bonfire in jubilation, accompanied by a musical ambience with the sounds of the eighties and nineties, decked out in medieval colors.

Come dressed in your best old-fashioned finery!
Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

The shows will be offered free of charge to the public.
The banquet, meanwhile, will cost twenty écus for adults, and twelve écus for children under ten.

Last but not least, refreshments and snacks will be available on site throughout the day, to provide food and drink for travelers and good company alike.

Come one, come all to feast and honor the spirit of chivalry!
