Le Jardin du Clos St Eloi is a garden where you will discover gardening techniques adapted to climate change mixing permaculture and biodynamics. In this garden the use of pesticides is forbidden, Francis prefers to use decoctions based on plants such as nettle, horsetail and wicker which are much more respectful of the environment. During your walk you will also be able to see plessis (woven wooden fences) or a dry hedge, an ideal refuge for biodiversity made up of dead wood and plant waste. Francis has recently opened this place to other gardeners and artists, thus becoming the first shared garden in Jaulgonne. Here everyone experiments with different mulching methods, straw, bark, RCW or cultivation techniques such as lasagne or hot bed (cultivation on manure). A quiet place, located in the middle of nature and not far from the banks of the Marne where you can have a picnic if you feel like it.
