After your round, enjoy a convivial meal at the golf restaurant "La Grange de l'Abbaye". In summer, you can enjoy the terrace in a pleasant country setting.

    A little history :
Around 1133, Count Thibaud de Champagne donated his lands in the "Val Secret" to establish an Abbey for the Prémontrés community.
In 1230, the marriage of Yolande, daughter of the Duke of Brittany, to Thibaud, Count of Champagne, was to take place at Val Secret. Thibaud renounced the marriage on the advice of an emissary of King Louis IX. The barons were furious, and part of Champagne was invaded and pillaged.
In 1252, Thibaud, King of Navarre, built a barn next to the Val Secret Abbey. The cellar still remains, beneath the present restaurant, rebuilt in the 18th century.
At the end of the 19th century, when the railway line from Château-Thierry to La Ferté Milon was being built, the ruins of the Val Secret Abbey were sold as a quarry for materials to build the tunnel still visible today.
During the Battle of the Marne (1917), a German battery was installed on the site of the 18th green. This is why depressions caused by the bombardment remain on holes 7 and 8.
