Self-taught & Experimental
Art Of Web.L works to re-appropriate stained glass and glass artworks by individuals and companies, both in their original form (on windows, doors, partitions, etc.) and as interior decoration objects in the same way as paintings, sculptures, etc.
The workshop, located in the south of the Aisne region, offers original creations or works to order, stained glass in blown and/or American glass, lead or Tiffany assembly, fusions of glass and materials?
Ever since she was a child, she has dreamed of creating stained glass. After a professional career devoted to training in sectors as varied as horse-riding, commerce, management and administration, her encounter with a master glassmaker enabled her to discover traditional techniques and create her first stained-glass window: it all clicked.
Moving to the Aisne region in 2003 enabled him to devote himself to his art, perfecting it in a self-taught manner. He divides his time between pure creation and commissioned work for individuals, associations, local authorities, businesses and various local authorities (Monuments Historiques, DRAC, Bâtiments de France, Conseil Général de l'Aisne).
His works are based on traditional stained glass techniques (lead assembly) and more modern glassmaking techniques (Tiffany assembly, thermoforming, fusing, etc.), resulting in glass works that are not necessarily considered stained glass ("aerial rosette", "molten particles", etc.) and are often the result of a MIXING of these techniques. His current research involves working with glass in three dimensions...
She draws her inspiration from life: light and music, the zeitgeist, reminiscences?
Her works are driven by her inspiration, giving stained glass a contemporary dimension that never denies the achievements of the old masters, but sheds new light on them, giving them a new perspective.
