La Chopine is a farmhouse brewery created in 2019 in the south of the Aisne region at the gateway to Champagne. We offer different styles of beer, from refreshing blondes and IPAs with citrus notes to full-bodied beers with floral aromas. We incorporate honey from our own apiaries into our beers. We also have our own hop barn at the brewery. Ingredients not produced here are chosen with care and are as local as possible.
