After graduating from the prestigious Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré (Paris) with a Diplôme des Métiers d?Art in Textile, Angélique Zrak obtained a BTS in Fashion Design, as well as CAPs in leather goods and tapestry decorating, enabling her to explore new techniques and materials.
Awarded the "SEMA jeune" prize in 2009 for the creation of exceptional weavings, she worked for Haute Couture houses for 6 years. After becoming textile collection manager and textile trainer, this sampler of ideas decided in 2016 to take up the thread of her creations, blending Art Weaving and Trimmings with excellence, earning her a place in the "Ateliers d?Art de France" in 2017, and the Prix Patrimoine des Ateliers d?Art de France Grand Est in 2021.
Immersed in materials and color, this weaving enthusiast reinvents her craft by shaping the noblest materials with minute precision.
Through her hand looms, her modern, delicate signature is expressed in unique creations that match the demands of exceptional works and the most prestigious made-to-measure confections.
Madame ZRAK offers :
- Handloom weaving discovery workshops for adults and children (alone and/or in groups), from age 4 upwards
- Sewing classes at the Brasles town hall 1 Sunday/month or at home (alone or/and in a group), from age 10 upwards
