Saison culturelle 2024/2025 - Words, par l'ensemble 5.1

Eternal source of admiration and inspiration, the Swedish vocal quintet The Real Group performs
words on their legendary album "In the middle of life". The group was at its peak, and its members had just reached the symbolic age of 40, synonymous with maturity and new depth. Without a doubt, this history resonates for 5.1, which in December 2023 celebrates the tenth anniversary of its first concert. Two songs from the album In the middle of life will be featured in this concert, which will mix popular repertoire and pop songs, with the themes of pleasure and simplicity. Apart from this direct reference, the title "Words" tends to express this ideal of simplicity, a concrete, embodied dimension of music.
