On the second day, after climbing up to the American monument of Cote 204, the path goes down to the Gothic abbey church of Essômes-sur-Marne. Point of view after point of view, the cornice paths, punctuated with wine-growing villages, reveal all the beauty of the Marne and, on arrival... champagne!
