La Maison de Camille et Paul Claudel

The sculptor, Camille Claudel was born in Fère-en-Tardenois and her brother Paul was born in the old presbytery of Villeneuve-sur-Fère. The House of evocation Camille and Paul Claudel opened its doors in 2018 and offers visitors to discover scenographic spaces dedicated to these 2 children of the country. The Tardenois and its landscapes have, indeed, been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for these 2 essential artists of the 20th century. Punctual thematic guided tours are proposed throughout the opening season. The general guided tour, is done on request according to the availability of the mediators.
