La chèvrerie de la Dhuys

Based in Pargny-la-dhuys, near Château-Thierry, in the south of the Aisne (02), La Chèvrerie de la Dhuys welcomes you to the hamlet of Confrémeaux from Monday to Saturday.

After obtaining a Brevet Professionnel Responsable d'Exploitation Agricole (BPREA), Marina Toussirot then put together a file to create her own farm producing farmhouse cheeses.

The Chèvrerie de la Dhuys has become a goat farm and a place of production of many varieties of farm goat cheese:
- Le p'tit d'Hauche
- The flavoured little leftovers..
- Le Grignotin
- Capriou
- The Pyramid
- La Faisselle

Passionate about mountain and goat cheeses, Marina and David now offer you unique and delicious local products.

Offer their cheeses on the market of Dormans and Condé-en-Brie. All our products are on direct sale at the farm on Fridays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
