"Beekeeping for me is a passion above all, I want to pass on to future generations the importance of bees on our planet. Did you know that in your plate, you have 8 out of 10 foods that you eat thanks to pollinating insects, of which the Bee is a part. This is what I tell children when I go to meet them in schools or summer camps. Since 2014, I have been planting beehives in the town of Château Thierry, notoriously next to the Town Hall and in the old Château with a beekeeper friend. I also organise training courses in beekeeping for all those who are interested, come and see me, I will show you the honey house and the beehives, you'll see you'll like them and moreover they make excellent natural honey, because at Happyzabeille everything is natural and ecological"
