Here's a charming house built of local stone on the Monthurel hillside, at the foot of the vineyards with superb panoramic views... you know, those recognized by the Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne UNESCO heritage listing.
Michel and Christine will tell you all about their winegrowing operation, whose vaulted cellars in Monthelon will enable you to share in their craft. You can also sample their remarkable cuvées at their home in Condé-en-Brie.
Champagne Hazard Devavry has been awarded the "vignobles & découvertes" label.

The house can be divided into two separate accommodations, one of which is wheelchair-accessible and has an enclosed courtyard, making it ideal for a couple, while the other is ideal for a family with a large, fully-equipped living room and baby facilities. Dedicated to relaxation: the first floor opens onto a large living room with pellet stove, and a fully-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure.

Pets are not allowed.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and 3 single beds, plus a spacious bathroom with shower. A garden area with fruit trees and a barbecue area promises to make evenings a pleasure. You'll feel like a pair of roosters in harmony with Mother Nature, with a flute in hand to top it all off - I love it when simplicity rhymes with serenity!
On summer days, you'll be delighted by our heated swimming pool. May to mid-September, weather permitting.
