You will find a thousand and one flavours selected from local producers: Soissons beans, champagne lentils, maroilles, champagne ratafia, all year round in our shop in Dormans: "Aux saveurs champenoises" (19 place du Luxembourg), in the heart of the Champagne region, to help you discover our range of products made according to traditional know-how

On the farm, all of our poultry is raised in the open air. They are fed with regional cereals in order to guarantee an optimal quality. The pigs come from the Pilet farm (02240 Surfontaine): pigs raised on straw and fed with cereals.

We also offer group visits to discover our breeding, our laboratory and our products.
A minimum of 20 people is required.
