Here the chickens are separated into 4 parts, the chicks, the young chickens, the adults (the naked neck with yellow legs) and the layers (the red chickens)
They are raised on grain from an organic farming cooperative in Picardy for 105 days
Alexandre's goal is to market poultry in a short circuit, from producer to consumer. His sales also go through the AMAP (Association au Maintien de l'Agriculture Paysanne) or on local markets. A return to the sources where producers and consumers meet.
