It was while spending his free time with his grandmother as a child that Philippe Moutardier discovered his passion for the land and wine. His grandmother, a visionary in her time, had already in the 1960s perceived the interest in buying and cultivating her own vineyard land. It is because Philippe showed early on the ability to take care of his land, that she gradually gave him the responsibility for his vineyard land.

Today, Philippe is at the head of the brand La bulle de Porcelaine and markets Champagne Philippe Moutardier.

From a single cuvée brut initially offered, Champagne Philippe Moutardier now comes in 4 main vintages: Brut Tradition, Brut Demi-Sec, Brut Rosé and Brut Réserve available in a wider range.
