March 2021 :

In honour of the Biodiversity Week 2021, and in coherence with their values of biodynamic culture, fruit trees were planted around certain plots: old varieties of apples, pears and peach vines.

Agroforestry, allows to vary the species, to shelter small animals and insects, to create a naturally strong ecosystem and resistant to diseases, to recreate a more natural balance,... And especially to propose you fruits during your walks in the vineyard!

A real opportunity to taste 4 vintages, to discover the different grape varieties and aromas, in harmony with cheese and cold meats. And why not ask them to prepare a picnic basket for you to make your eyes shine on a beautiful day discovering the Champagne vineyards.
