It's in Marcilly, a picturesque little village in the heart of the Marne Valley, in a pretty, welcoming, flower-filled winegrower's house (Prix Pierre Cheval) that Nadine and Eric showcase the diversity and complexity of their champagnes, made from Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. A tasting experience that brings out the aromas with passion and simplicity.
To round off the visit, a veritable museum retracing the work of the vine and the wine, a video projected in a 19th-century cellar, the sensory workshop - an experience to be shared without moderation - and the icing on the cake, a vintage escapade with the Discovery bay, the Combi be happy, be Combi!
A tasting session, where the unobstructed view under the contemporary lodge awaits you, for Adret and Ubac vintages with fascinating stories to tell.
