Brasserie Les Apidés

The range of craft beers brewed in Nogentel, in the Aisne region, includes 4 varieties:

Bièle Ambrée, Bièle Blonde, Bièle Blanche, La Roselle, Silver Medallist at the Lyon 2023 competition, and L'Exotic. Each of these beers has been carefully brewed to create unique flavors and aromas.

Here are the different beers you can find at Brasserie les Apidés

- Bièle Blonde is a beer brewed with barley malts and aromatic hops. Honey, produced by Loïc's father, a beekeeper, adds a note of freshness and sweetness, reinforcing the hop aromas. It has a beautiful golden color and abundant foam, with a light, refreshing taste.

-Bièle Ambrée is a beer brewed with barley malts roasted to give it its amber color and characteristic taste. Honey adds a touch of sweetness and roundness, reinforcing the roasted malt aromas. It is both robust and balanced, with a moderate alcohol content of 6%.

- Roselle is a beer brewed with African Bissap flowers, widely used for their culinary and medicinal properties. Its New Zealand hops give it a lovely red color and a Sauvignon Blanc taste. It is light in alcohol (4.5%) and refreshing, ideal for hot summer days. It won a silver medal at the Lyon international competition in 2023

-Exotic is a beer brewed with hops selected for their aroma and bitterness. It is distinguished by its unique recipe, which uses exotic ingredients such as passion fruit and grapefruit to give a unique flavor. The passion fruit and grapefruit aromas give fruity, tangy notes that blend perfectly with the flavors of the malts and hops used. This beer will appeal to lovers of aromatic, slightly bitter and fruity beers.

The honey used is family-produced, guaranteeing the superior quality and unique taste of our Blonde and Amber beers. All beers are available in 33cl and 75cl bottles in 20 and 30L kegs.
